Since Sylvia and her husband left, the place is super filthy already...the new maintenance people does not clean the toilet anymore...so gross this new people that replaced them.

Dirty place. Small rooms. Stench of mold in the elevator that will knock your breath out. Oh, and my mail was stolen, and my 500 dollar fitbit. From my room which I never left unlocked unattended. Strange!

Very dirty. Mice. They will kick you out the 30th of the month. No screens on any windows. 1 washer dryer for entire building. Fridges don't work. Keep away.
