Alpha House

An excellent transitional atmosphere thus far. The facilities are up to date, clean and welcoming. The staff and councillors are knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about their clients well being.

Alpha House is a great place to live during post treatment, I was here in 2016 and I enjoyed my stay here and I am proud to be an alumni of such a wonderful place, I love the counselors and I look forward to future years of involvement with Alpha House because I love Alpha House.

A place for those in need.

I stayed at Alpha House from December 1,2020 to May 1, 2021. I found Alpha House to be what I needed in early recovery. I wasn't ready to transition directly into real life after treatment and Alpha House provided the supportive housing I needed not to mention the staff with not just addiction education but most of them have lived experience. I don't think I'd be where I am today if it wasn't for Alpha House. Thank you Alpha House

Alpha House is an essential recovery service for men in early recovery looking for stable housing options coupled with a continuation of the kind of programming they are introduced to in treatment. The staff and volunteers are committed to assisting addicts and alcoholics on their road to healthy reintegration back into the community. It's in a great location, and has been around a long time and has helped a lot of men get and stay sober.

I'm grateful to be a 2002 former resident of Alpha House, and through Alpha House's support in early recovery I have built a new foundation to grow on, finding a new way of life free from alcohol and drug addiction.For 15 years I am an established realtor in the Toronto area and a volunteer social advocate for vulnerable sector persons. I have served as a member on the Seeds of Hope Foundation and Our Homes for Men in Recovery on the Board of Directors for many years, and was a welcome addition to the Alpha House Board of Directors team in 2018. I have been awarded the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) Community Service Award for volunteering in the Toronto community (2016), Director Sales Award for 2013+2014, Gold Sales Award 2015+2016, Platinum 2018 and is recognized as being in the top 7% of the Right At Home sales force and in the Top 13% of the Toronto Real Estate Board.
